Children may have similar developmental concerns but require completely different types of support. That is why every program at IBLC Pakistan is planned according to the individual child.
Session activities, developmental goals and professional recommendations may be adjusted according to the child’s abilities, comfort, participation and progress.
Children participate more comfortably when activities are appropriate, engaging and connected to their developmental level.
Our sessions use structured interaction, purposeful play, movement and practical activities to help children develop useful skills within a supportive environment.
Every child develops, communicates and learns differently. At IBLC Pakistan, we begin by understanding the complete child rather than focusing only on one particular challenge.
Our approach considers communication, behavior, sensory development, learning abilities, social interaction and everyday functioning. This helps our professionals identify suitable priorities and develop meaningful goals for each child.
Developmental needs and priorities may change over time. Our professionals regularly review observations and progress to understand what is working and where further support may be required.
Goals and activities can then be updated according to the child’s progress, participation and emerging developmental needs.
A child may require support across more than one developmental area. When appropriate, our professionals collaborate to better understand the child’s overall needs and coordinate relevant services.
